Where are your products manufactured?

All Carnac Bikers products are manufactured in-house by our skilled team. We focus on quality craftsmanship, durable materials, and rider protection.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide including the United States, Europe, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

Do I need to pay customs fees?

For United States customers we ship using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service which means all duties and taxes are prepaid. For Europe, UK, and Australia we provide VAT-paid shipping services.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping usually takes 5–10 business days depending on the destination country and courier service.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, cancellation may not be possible if the order has entered production or shipping.

Do your products include protective armor?

Many of our motorcycle hoodies, shirts, and jackets include CE Level 1 or CE Level 2 protective armor depending on the product.
