Refund & Returns Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions:

• Items must be returned in original unused condition
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
• If an item is returned damaged or not in original condition, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value

Cancellation Policy

Our shop accepts order cancellations within 12 hours of purchase.

Conditions:

• Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours after placing the order
• If the order has already entered production or shipping, cancellation may not be possible
